has always been my dream. If you want to have fitness a part of your daily routine, pick something you absolutely enjoy doing! You want to make working out fun so that you can have something to look forward to every day. If you get bored with one exercise switch over to something else. It’s okay to switch up, sometimes your body may need that switch. Having Fitness a part of your daily life helps you not only feel good but love the results you see after completing different types of workouts. Being over the age of 40, my body feels like I am still in my 20’s. Staying active at least six days a week, and having a plant-based diet is the key to my healthy lifestyle.

Fitness has always been a major part of my life. Being a busy mom of 2, I noticed the need for a quick solution to staying fit while on the go. This is why I created "The Program." Health and fitness has always been something I've enjoyed doing. My passion dates back from running track at the early age of 10, all the way through my college years. It has been my desire to help others accomplish their goals in their health and fitness journeys.
